The First Foundation or Basics of Building Financial Freedom as an Employee is to gain / acquire or emit the right amount of knowledge for a particular skill or tool. Many times financial freedom acts as a Bamboo Tree where in you keep on putting water (knowledge) every single day but growth is not happening and one fine day you see exponential growth.
Working Professionals many a times thinks a lot, and most of the time thinks in negative manner and knowledge helps them to overcome the negative mindset and ability to create optimistic attitude towards the future aspect.

When it come to creating a Value many a times, working professionals gets confused with Value and Salary. Both are Different Salary is the amount or reward you are getting from the company for the efforts you are putting for the company for 30 days however Value is the Perceived Assumption of How Much you are Important for the company.
