Welcome to Chapter 1 of this Ultimate Guide in Which I would be Sharing you the Foundation of in creating Financial Freedom and its importance in everyone’s life. Many a time we often ponder upon we work really hard, we slog for 10 hours every single day but we never get what we are due for and it is because we do not keep our intentions towards developing and maintaining financial habits. 


Financial Freedom in todays 21st Century is no more a luxury it is a need for you to plan your finances in the right way which eases your pain in case you are facing in future.

The One Who Do Not Control Their Finances are Controlled by those Who Control Their Finances

When You Really want to be Financially Free You need to Start working on few things which require you to modify or alter your current behavior or attributes. We Need to Understand that our Current Personality will not be able to fetch the results what we are trying to see in future.

In India Bad Relations at workplace is one of the biggest reason of you not getting constant salary growth. And, this is something our schooling or for that matter B-Schools never focused upon. The only way we learned this is by experiencing a bad experience at workplace. 

In my 12 Years of experience into Talent Acquisition Industry I had seen people running to HR Department every single day either Boss is complaining about employees or the employee complaining about the boss… But in order to be a unique from the market you need to build a skill to maintain great relationship with your manager which I explained to you in Chapter No. 3 above.

8. Feeling of Victim of Office Politics

I Still remember when I was started my career back in 2009 I was always used to get feeling of people playing politics at my back and nobody really supports me or guides me in the right direction, which might be right or might be wrong based on the actual situation. But later when I started focusing on the cause than effect I started understanding the dynamics of office politics.

Nobody in the corporate world you will find who will not say, they have never faced corporate politics. It is a part of organization culture. Maybe at one organization it would be at smaller extent and at some organization it would be at larger extent. If you someone who really do not enjoy working with office politics it is your time to up your game and learn the art of dealing with confidence all the activities happening at office. Trust me, if you ACE your game in office politics for your benefit without harming anyone else you are 99% ahead of your competition.

9. Non Alignment With Goals

Now, this is a BIG Reason why probably your salary is not Increasing because you are not aligning with your goals. And, when you don’t align with your goals you don’t take action and when you take action you don’t get result. Life is all about working in circles and don’t know which is the loop is bigger for your purpose you often loose the momentum.

Aligning with your Goals means by standing by your own goals as commitment and ensuring that your current you is not stopping you from becoming your future you. The more you procrastinate the more you suffer, so take action today.
