My Story
It was the Year 2008, I Completed Graduation in Commerce, and like many of us, I was struggling to find a Niche in my Career. I did Few Experiments and, it did work for me. I am here to share with you the same things to help you achieve what you wish for in life!!
I Have always been Surrounded by Challenges and at the same time with Opportunities. Why did i say both together is because Challenges brings Opportunities and Opportunities brings Challenges in Your Life to make you explore your career and life in all new different way
I started my Employment Journey with Recruitment Consulting Firm based at Mumbai in 2009, it was a Recruitment Consultant Role. Kind of a Sales Role where you need to push hard and work towards achieving your revenue Targets on Monthly basis without fail. Process Was Simple Make 100 Calls in a Day, Schedule 10 Interviews 5 Will Turn Up for the Opportunity and 1 Can be Your Sales. Isn’t it Amazing. This Was First Experience with Numbers for me.
I got my first Corporate Break in 2010, with India’s Leading Real Estate Group within first 09 months of Consulting Experience, and the Organization I got the opportunity to work with was on my One of the Top 5 Preferred Employer Choice. I worked over there for around 02 years and able to Recruit more than 200+ Professionals for Construction & Business Center Segment.
My Biggest Break in my Career Happened in 2012, when I did received an opportunity with an Organization which was Size to be approximate Rs. 500 Crore and Employee Strength of Around 350 Employees. And Yes that was not the biggest name I have ever worked with. But the amount of exposure the role had given me, I always have gratitude towards the organization.
I am Strongly of the opinion is that, either you build your careers or career builds you, if first happens it’s something in your control.
